1. Services Provided

ReimAuto provides AI-powered expense extraction, categorization, policy enforcement, and reporting services. The platform processes images and electronic documents containing receipt and invoice data.

2. User Responsibilities

  • Data Accuracy: While our AI is highly accurate, you understand that automated OCR and data extraction may occasionally produce errors. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all expense data submitted to their accounting systems.
  • Lawful Use: You must not use ReimAuto for processing fraudulent or fabricated expenses.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Data Processing and Privacy

Our automated systems require access to business receipts, which may contain personally identifiable information (PII). By uploading these documents, you grant us permission to process them for the sole purpose of providing our services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

4. Fair Use Policy

ReimAuto is provided on a subscription basis. We reserve the right to limit API usage or document processing volumes if an account intentionally abuses the platform infrastructure or submits extreme volumes beyond the scope of a standard business agreement.

Unless otherwise stated, ReimAuto and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the platform. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ReimAuto, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this software. ReimAuto shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this software, including errors in your generated financial records.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with standard international business laws. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts for the resolution of any disputes.

ReimAuto reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or system notification.
