ReimAuto utilizes advanced AI algorithms (including Google's Gemini models) to extract text, monetary values, and vendor names from uploaded images. Uploaded receipts and processed data are isolated per tenant/organization and are strictly used to execute your requested automated reporting workflows.

We do not sell user or receipt data to third parties.

4. Document Storage

Uploaded receipt images are stored securely on encrypted cloud servers. Access is strictly limited to authorized users within your organization. Documents are retained for as long as your account is active, or as required to meet your local tax and compliance regulations.

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Financial data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
